As B3V seems to be down for a while I've pointed the dish over to 110 (119 later) and I'm having some issues and hoping someone else has too that has solved it.
I selected "Direct TV 5, Echostar 8,10" as the transmitter and when I do a scan I get a lot (and I mean a lot) of Unknown channels when I know by their SID they are valid channels. Is there a way to change the scan time? Also when doing the EPG scan, I get nothing even though I am scanning TP 12516 (according to lyngsat) with a harvest time of 300 seconds.
I know you're reading this Sub and you're the best......I can't wait to the version where you solve our NA EPG blues! Big Grin

Lyngsat is out of date for EPG transponder/frequency. You can try 12486 for dishnet or try searching some of the DVB sites. Not sure where the extended guide on Dishnet is currently, seems they move it around.

BTW, do you know how long before Dish moves to N3?

I here six months for the N3 switch for Charlie, but from what I've read the coders don't seem overly worried about it so I don't think we should. Apparently the way it works is they wait till all the providers have gone N3 completely then release the hack so there is no last minute fixes they can do. Or........we could have another Dave! Yikes.
I've read other DVB sites and most list various transponders. I assumed lyngsat was the one to believe. From what I've read the extended guide is over on 119.
