You can delete the gbpvr.db3 file then start the config app again to start with an empty database.

It goes black screen for 3 seconds, then return to main menu.

iam_noob3, does PVRX2 playback your video library? What I am getting at, is this solely a TV card issue or perhaps a video issue.

I do see this error in the latest PVRX2.exe.log in your rar...not sure why it would be caused but might be related of course I defer to sub on whether this is related.

I think I just read about an issue with ATI AGP cards and VMR9 with the current release of Catalyst drivers
