strange forum behaviour: when i am logged in, i cannot see any posts. when i log out, everything is ok.

i am going to design a new skin. since there are a lot of blue skins and quite a big amount of skins using much colours, i decided to make a clean b&w skin. it will look like this:



so we will have blue, red, green and a black skin :-)

im interested, i just hope you make a 856x480 (ws) resolution version, and make it so overscan isnt an issue.

Don't go crazy trying to add to much. I think you'll find the appeal you're finding is less is more.

If you want to keep the My Vids in line w/ the rest, just have the inactive icons be b&w.

i say look at blahblue and street, those did my videos really well, and it was simple. also perhaps bluemce2, put a few lines inbetween things like

just to split things up, and it might look good (if it doesnt just remove them). oh and go to http://www.kde-look.org to find better icons (not the standard ones i supplied with the blue skin, they dont look right).

Maybe do the icons in grayscale - when they're inactive go with a washed-out gray and active be a higher contrast. Just a thought... Or maybe an accent color (dark blue, brown, puce, etc)
