I'm running EVR on XP-Pro SP3, described in a thread somwhere in some forum how to do it, works great.

Better overall picture it is said, I'm not sure about that but in my case it solved the problem with tearing during playback of recorded shows.

I know that HW-acceleration works om my primary monitor, but gbpvr runs on secondary monitor which is TV-out, so I'm not quite sure.

So you can get true EVR functionality with SP3? I thought it wasn't going to be allowed or it wasn't possible unless you had Vista. Perhaps someone worked around that.

I think sub said EVR on XP wan't the same as EVR on vista. I couldn't really see that much difference between evr and vmr on XP, but I guess it gives another option if you're having problems with one of the other.
