Fixed mine also. I'm now able to access the "Anne" movie. Thanks for the hard work.

Any thoughts regarding the 100% CPU load with latest version?

There is some inefficient code in the plugin's Activate() process. This should be eliminated in the next release.

Looks like I didn't go far enough with my testing. I can now select a movie, but when I try to download it, my CPU runs to 100% utilization and after a while X2 crashes.

I'm still using ver 1.0.24 but its behaving like it did with ver 1.0.25. I tried reverting to DOTNET 3 from 3.5 with no difference. The screen seems to freeze in a transition between the movie and download menus and it hangs there until X2 crashes out.

Are you in the Silverlight group on Netflix? One way to tell is: if you start a movie on the netflix website, does it show a blue dot moving in a clockwise circular motion? If it does, you are using the Silverlight player and you will not be able to use 1.0.2.4. You will have to use 1.0.2.5 and select the Silverlight player in Config.

New accounts are automatically put into the Silverlight group. Also, enabling Netflix on your XBox 360 puts you in it as well.

Not on Silverlight, I'm using the internal player setting. My account was opened prior to Silverlight and I have not used it. To check, I started a movie in IE and it worked OK. No indication of the blue dot.

This morning, I completely reloaded 1.2.24. Same problem with the new dll. I next loaded 1.2.25 with same results. I then went to 1.2.23. Same as the others. In every case the program would fail with their originals dlls when trying to select some, but not all movies.

When I installed the new dll, I had no trouble selecting a title and getting to the movie info screen, but the system would hang when I tried to download. It would also hang if I resumed an incomplete download from the DL menu.

I found that that PVRX2 memory usages jumps from ~250 mB to over 600mB, CPU usage goes to 100% and the page file continuously increases when the DL is started. Similar results with Blue or Community skins.

Hope this give you some clues. Let me know if I can do any other testing.

thanks,

Post your PVRx2.exe.log file after reproducing the problem.

OK, here's the log. I started the Netflix plugin and tried to download "Annie". It hung up at the transition to download and stayed there a few minutes until it finally crashed PVRX2. This was done with the new dll and with the Blue skin.

The log continued to grow until the crash and looks like its stuck in a loop somewhere.

Can you try this patch for me? It contains both the WatchNow.dll and the NetflixAPI.dll. You'll need to stop the recording service to replace the NetflixAPI again.
