Upgraded and everything is working fine on both my MVP's. I'm using the stock blue skin.

Sub,

I'm using a WinTV USB2 with FM tuner and just gave it a try but it appears I need the LAME encoder. Any suggestions as to version and where to get a compiled binary? I found this site http://lame.bakerweb.biz/ with binaries.

Thanks!

Is it me, or is the file not available anymore?

I've just disabled it while I look at problem reported with the MVP.

Sub, it looks like you fixed the audio problem (no audio when going to LiveTV). It works on my computer, now, at least. Great work! Smile

Sub, tried the NativeUtilities you updated, and sorry to report no go. I got an AVI that was only 397K, and no audio.

Here is the output from the Native Recordings log:

What I might try to do is setup a GraphEdit file, and see what I can get. May be several days before I can get to it though. If I can get a working graphedit, I'll send that to you. Just wish I knew why mine is called MP3 instead of MPEG Layer-3.

I actually suspect its a different filter, not just a different name. This would explain why the connect fails also.

I'll do some searching on Microsoft's site and see if I can find that filter.
