I have the basic .net installed. Should I try and update it? Or leave as is. Whats the advice?

Asus A7V880 Motherboard
AMD Sempron 2400+ 1.67GHz (Socket A) CPU

Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 10 160GB SATA 8MB Cache

2 X Hauppauge Nova-T (200009)

I installed the recommended update without any problems.

GB-PVR (usually newest version) (Love it! Direct access to 45-button Hauppauge remote not working)
WXP SP2 / Cel 2.9Ghz / 512DDR/400 / Intel PERL / PVR-150, Matrox G550, "160"Gb WD 7200/8Mb
