I take it this is the web interface to gbpvr? Enable it in config.exe and set up your name/password and not the port number (if you decide to change it)

To check on the localhost go to:

http://localhost:xxxx/gbpvr/index.aspx

(if that link is wrong just search the forum, its mentioned somewhere )
