What does this do?

This setting is used when you do a timeslot season recording.

Shows arn't always aired at the same time each week. Sometimes they might be pushed out an hour or so for some reason. This settings is used to determine how much variance is allowed in the start time of a show for it to still be consider "in the same time timeslot". Hopefully that makes sense.
