Video Library - Directories showing Thumbnail?

Is there a configuration or method to force the video layout to look into the directory to grab the picture for the thumbnail.
I want to have my large inventory of videos by directories since there are some that have multiple files and subtitles and don't care even about the name which normally is very large for the screen.

Depending on which mode you use, it should display thumbnail images (icon, filmstrip mode).

I tried all modes and it never showed the thumbnail. It just showed the default image, one with the folder and a filmstrip.
Once I select the movie folder and select the movie it show the thumbnail and description.

copy the movie's jpg to folder.jpg and it'll show it as the movie folder thumbnail..
[i think that's what you're asking]
that way the movie folder will show thumb as well..
