FM Support?

I'm trying to figure out the level of support for FM with gb-pvr.

Assuming I have a tuning card that supports FM --
1) Can I listen to FM broadcast with gb-pvr?
2) Can I record FM broadcast with gb-pvr?
3) Can I schedule recording FM broadcast gb-pvr?

I don't currently have gb-pvr or tuning card. I'm doing some research to help decide what to buy. Your help is appreciated.

Don't hold me to it but I do not believe the current release supports FM radio.

Yes, the V in PVR is for video and the base application is for video only - although I think there is a plugin for satellite based audio.

Sorry I don't know of any software to do what you want - or if there are any EPG's available for scheduling (difficult because of the 1000's of small local stations)

I get about 20 FM stations plus another 20+ digital premium audio channels in clear QAM in GBPVR. Much nicer quality then the crappy FM radio on most tuners, and I can even schedule recording shows I like using normal GBPVR logic.

I've been looking at different cards and trying to decide if it was worth a few extra $$'s for FM. It looks like I'll have to give it a try. There's a few regularly scheduled programs on NPR I like to listen to, but never seem to be available when they're on. Thanks for the responses.

The FM that you are talking about isn't supported on PVRX2. It used to be on gbpvr but it isn't currently. Sub indicated that it might get resurrected in the future.
