Stays on the current screen when Screen Saver invoked

I remember noticing this many moons ago and gbpvr was calling the Activate() method on the plugin when the screen saver was cleared. This was causing the plugin to return to its initial state as if you had just activated it for the first time after starting gbpvr. This is very old information so things may have changed since.

Whatever is happening looks intentional I don't know what key 32 is (it's often space on a keyboard)

Just so no-one thinks I was using the Keyboard, all the key presses in the logs were from the PCH remote only.

I didn't think that but was wondering if your are using the Hauppauge remote with the modified lircd?

I have set up the modified lircd but do not use the Hauppauge remote. I use the PCH remote. I did test the modified lircd, and while I do like the Hauppauge remote, I do not use it.

Maybe try without the modified lircd. It doesn't matter that you are using the PCH remote, the logic is changed.

tried without the modified lircd. Same in Xrecord. The logs should show 3 attempts 2 in Xrecord Play and blue button, one in recordings.

The one in recordings DOES stay...Xrecord doesnt.

I'll also add a wee note to the Xrecord Plugin forum, see if fla knows.

fla already posted something a few messages back, it might be how xrecord is responding to the Activate event.

Returning from the screen saver should be ok now in XRecord.
