So I've followed the directions for setting up UltraXMLTV as listed in the wiki. I'm using mc2xml to get my EPG listing. I'm using "Zehd's Picks" as my default.

UltraXMLTV seems to be recoding the xml file properly (I've done a before/after comparison), yet the information displayed when I'm running GBPVR and looking at the guide isn't any different.

For example, I'm not getting any of the actor/director information, even though that information is in my xml file.

I'm running GBPVR 1.3.11, and UltraXMLTV version 2.

Is there something I'm just totally missing that I should have done configuration-wise?

It's possible that you are actually importing the old xmltv file rather than the new one.

Eg: If mc2xml creates a file c:\epg\xmltv.xml, then your capture source in config should be pointing to that file.

Ultra will make changes to that file

i noticed that, since ultra is a gui program, batch scripts don't wait for it to finish. i have to start it with "start /wait ultra...", otherwise gbpvr will import the xmltv file before ultra even starts working on it.
also, maybe you could suppress this "already enhanced" messagebox if called from the command line (batch file)? thats messing a bit with the unattended update if for some reason there's no new xml file...
