Cleared cache and powered off PCH and GBPVR server then all OK.
Didnt realise all needed setting if differnent modes are used, can only assume with all the testing that this is what happened.
Sorry for all the hassle but it looks as if you have created a very easy to implement PCH install with WOL which is a real bonus.
