Ubustream on the MVP.. anyone using it ?

My last attempt at installing Ubustream for my MVP didnt go so well. Looking like I have to do a full uninstall etc.

Does the latest Ubustream work with the MVP in some fashion ?

If I reinstall GBPVR and Ubustream , which method to follow for the Ubu install ?

I've got Uburadio working with the MVP (PCH actually) and the issue was getting the old style skin folder set up. I've posted some suggestions on the Ubu forum that are worth searching for. Start with using the blue skin too

mvallend was very helpful with this app. I had to install both UBUstream and UBUradio along with the skin fixes in order to get any of it to work on the GBPVR machine. I still don't often get UBUstream to stream the radio stations properly to the PCH that I own. Hope it works better for you.

Just a note wrt the skins thing.. fatman_do did some fixes for the Community Skin-4, so that Ubustream (and Uburadio I assume) works with CS4.

That being said.. I use a MVP, so (apparently) have to use the channel mode.. which involves using External Recorder as a plugin capture source. I cant seem to get it configured.

I use it with VLC in timeshift mode.
