Country Plugin

I have managed to make a plugin, without any programming skills whatsoever.
The plugin can show flags and country codes.

I have made an Excel sheet that can generate an XML file with country data, that the plugin reads and shows.

The plugin is based on WebRadio. But I don't have enough skills to get it to play an audio file or show the CIA factbook for that Country.

Is there anyone that want to improve it?
In that case I will upload the code, plugin, flags and XML file to my wiki.....in a zip

What a cool niche idea, Mixman !

At first I thought, well.. who would want a menu item that just displays flags of the world. You might use it once or twice, showing off the system etc.

But, yes.. if you could click on a flag/country and get some kinda cia world factbook or other factoid site about the country.. then it gets interesting.

Along the same route.. what about a plugin that would give ya a few jokes of the day.. or some "this day in history" page, etc.

Hope this ball gets rollin..

ps- is your plugin restricted to a skin-type ? Does it work with the new Community Skin ? Maybe you can go ahead and start up a wiki for it.. work in progress with the plugin for ppl to test ?

Anthems for the countries shuld be played but there is a problem playing an mp3 file on the web.
