As far as I can tell, using the command-line option "-OnlyEmptyEpg" deletes all entries from the PROGRAMME table in the database unless they relate to a programme which has already been recorded or the programme is in there as a pending recording. Is it as simple as that?

I've written a utility to clean up my XMLTV EPG and was going to run it from a batch file with 'gbpvr -OnlyEmptyEpg' preceding it. It occurs to me that I could build this into the utility if all I have to do is wipe the table of relevant entries. Would that work and is it safe to do without breaking my system?

Cheers,
Brian

Thanks, I'll add it to my code and give it a try.
