On the Forecast Details screen, what are the numbers in parentheses for Hi Temp and Wind?

The only thing I can come up with is that they might be record high values.

The parenthesis next to the Hi and Low temps are the "Feels Like" temperature for the day.

The parenthesis next to the Wind is the gust speed.

I couldn't think of a nice way to add the description for those without the screen looking "wordy".
