Yuck - my upload speed is slow. 30mb snippet on its way to rapidshare.
Plays fine on my machine with audio. XP rather than win7 though. VLC just plays the audio.
It is saying 38 minutes to finish. More in a while.

Yep I just tried a small recording of ITV HD, and it still works fine -plays back audio.
So we can rule out any PID changes etc that could be causing issues.

I just checked and that recording plays fine for me on 1.4.7, giving me both audio and video.

Can you try playing that file, then attach your pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log?

Mine records and plays with sound too (vista x64) however when I asked it to record until I exit liveTV the screen went black and nothing appeared to happen. Went back to the main menu and the recording is in progress and I can watch as it continues to record...

That file plays fine on the NMT from GBPVR too. The native NMT software doesn't know how to play the video however.

Yes, I think tsdoctor is needed to make the file "legal" and playable natively on the NMT. ISTR sub was the first to make the ITV HD stream playable ??

It looks like the o/p is the only one in this thread who is having troubles though ???

Ah, ok. So it plays ok for you too?

I guess we'll need to see hansol123's logs then.

Sorry, yes (I mentioned in my post). I just uploaded a sample as you'd asked for one and none had appeared by the time I managed to get one.

Resolved problem

Summary

1. Only PRX2 and Video Redo can read virgin ITVHD TS file .

2. After editing with VideoRedo VLC can play with sound and WMC and PRX2 without sound..

3. PRX2 can play with sound if you use AC3 filter the Win 7 AC3 codec does not work.

Thanks for the assistance
