I Have just purchased one of these cards and was hoping it may work with gbpvr. It has bda drivers which i have installed and the card is working ok with the supplied software, but i dont really know how to go about setting it up to work with gbpvr. Any ideas would be most welcome.

Many Thanks Jase

The DVB portion of this card is compatible with GB-PVR, the analog portion is not.

You need to add a Capture Source, configure it to use the BDA Plugin and select your card type. Setup the EPG, and do an initial 'Update EPG' to pull in the channel names, then select the 'Map epg channels digital channels' button...

Ah sorry, for some reason I read "300" and thought "Pinnacle MediaCenter 300i".

Yes, if your device has BDA drivers you could try adding a section to bda.ini. You can find the names using GraphEdit (google for download). Use the 'Insert Filter' menu option, then insert the BDA filters for your device. It will show the names you need. Below is the list of names you need to find.

FILTER_TUNER=TechnoTrend BDA/DVB-T Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=TechnoTrend BDA/DVB Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

I was wondering if I could use my T200 card and came across this post. Did your T300 work ok? If so what did you have to do? If you could give detailed instructions I would appreciate it as I know nothing about Filter editing and the like.

Cheers.

*EDIT*

I seem to have got it working somehow Big Grin I have other question though, I will post a new thread with them.
