The webservice mvpmcx2 (2.5) starts GB-PVR without any problems. However, after quit the application (hit USB-Eject twice on the remote) and activate again mvpmcx2, the message "Request can't be processed" appears on the screen. After reboot the NMT (Egreat M34A) mvpmcx2 starts GB-PVR.

First how are you launching mvpmcx2?

Also for support questions always compress and upload your GBPVR logs so I can look and don't have to ask for them.

I installed mvpmcx2 with the NMT-CSI (2.5.0.0). I start mvpmcx2 via the NMT Web Services (http://localhost:9999/mvpmcx2_gaya)

I figured you would say CSI and I am not sure how it would works with the EGreat because the typical PCH internal drive is not external SATA. I would suggest installing (via CSI ) and running telnet and next time GBPVR is running type

ls /opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/

Check whether it says HARD_DRIVE or SATA_DISK. If it says both or something else I would make a post on the NMT forum or edit daemon.cgi to point to what you have. When I think about it you might find this information on the Source screen too.

ls /opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives (and source screen ;-)
HARD_DISK NETWORK_SHARE

(note: HARD_Disk is eSATA)

Ger Teunis encountered the problem before on NMT's which have a problem opening a link in the local webserver. Suggestion is to reinstall the application from USB (I will wait until mvpmc.org is reachable again)..

I reinstalled the NMT applications from USB, but that go's wrong. The NMT applications aren't reinstalled but disappeared. The only way is now to start from scratch (format disk, etc..). I think about it..

However I retired, the minor problems costs relatively to much time... I use the NMT mainly as converter for (HD) and broadcasted films collected via GB-PVR/comskip). That were the main reasons to buy a diskless eGreat (M34A). A 2.5" USB disk is the simplest way to go, but after one night sleep I think different ;-)

I have much respect for your support and innovative developments which you share with the community...

@Wsmaal, that might be caused by common error on NMT's.
In short is might be caused by the internal webbrowser not being able to host files.

I'd suggest starting from a clean install; please revert to the FAQ section here and try reinstalling the default NMT Apps again (look for "Reinstall NMT Apps (1st party) using instructions" in FAQ and use those instructions).

I did a clean install of the NMT applications (from scratch on Windows 7), but unfortunately the problem still appears ...

Out of curiousity, if you start from power up with the NMT applications running could you try hitting USB Eject a couple of times first. Perhaps it is disconnecting the eSATA too and I might need to choose another key.

Also in one of your post's you mention that your goal is to be diskless why not just load from the mvpmc share like most users do?

I have tried this before (and a few minutes ago) but the problem remain..

You mean this? What I mean is that after the purchase of the M34A (without external eSATA disk) I interested in the NMT applications, like f.i. NZBget.

A part of my content resides on the internal hard disk now which is shared in my home network and the rest of the data on a portable 2.5" USB disk (like before ;-). What do you mean with why not just load from the mvpmc share like most users do?
