I have finally manaaged to gert my DVB-T and DVB HD S2 cards to work in my new PC.

The DVB-T card is set to use the DVB EPG Broadcast and the DVB HD S uses XML TV .

I note that when I press update EPG from within PRX2 only the XMLTV EPG updates.

The query is how can I set GBPVR to update both EPG's

Thanks for your assistance.

Mine updates both (dvb-t from broadcast and dvb-s and pvr150 from xmltv)
I didn't have to do anything to make it work - it just does it.
posting logs may show where it is going wrong.

Thanks

I emptyed the Freeview EPG in control panel and confirmed that it was not updating using the PRX2 system EPG update option. This option only updated the Satellite XMLTV listing.

It something to do with the dvr-ms mux you're using, possibly related to not being able to create the file "C:\Recordings wip\gbepg-TC34,578000,0,0,8-1-2.dvr-ms"

Thanks Sub

Changed back to TS Mux and it worked from PRX2.

What is strange is that the EPG works using the Microsoft Mux works from within config all rather confusing. Perhaps it is some type of Win 7 permission type problem .

Yep - thats my guess. Probably related to the permissions on your recording directory.
