Hi,

thanks to all who helped to get this up and running. Starting a new thread as the previous one was getting out of hand Big Grin

Glossary now here: http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manual/Glossary

there are no links to it yet from other Wiki pages (coming soon!)

It is by no means pretty but guess will do for starters, at least now easy to edit.

Am sure they may some errors etc and there are missing description details that need putting in, also of course any further additions.

Cheers

Steeb

p.s. perhaps a kind moderator could either close or remove previous thread?

well, i think some elves have gotten to your glossary...Big Grin

i put up an alternate formatting method, using the 'definitions' layout they describe in help..
[at the bottom of page]
feel free to delete them, just wanted to show you how it comes out in that format..
it does make the list a bit longer with the newlines..
boy, it's not easy to insert whitespace on the wiki is it?

Cool, obviously hadn't even got round to formatting yet apart from the bold bits, just nice to get it on there.

Yeh but definitely easier on the eye, less clutter.

Big Grin It certainly isn't!!! Wiki Whitespace is hard to make!

When I get the chance will also have a look at putting it into a 2 column table that may help on both counts....... or it may not.....

Cheers

Steeb, the definitions are incorrect for mvpmc and mvpmcx2 but I prefer to be a passive observer now.

Martin Big Grin

How can you be a passive observer when you do so much for all of us? You are usually the most active participator!

If you insist on this P/O (passive/observer, thing) then I will keep all mention of MVPMC, NMT in the the Glossary, but I know that the entries are not quite right. Of course I'm not really happy doing this without your say so.

Why, why why (of course that bit is not very eloquent)

I'm not very willing to put anything in the Glossary to do with NMT, MVP, MVPMC, etc without your input. But it is so much part of the GBPVR experience that it needs these things in the Glossary.

I would prefer to have your POV and terms, let's see what happens, but just uncomfortable putting these things in without your agreement..........

Normally Cheers Steeb

Sorry it's not personal, I just have no interest in working on the wiki, I don't consider it fun.
