Sorry, I should have mentioned it. I was using Google Movies International. Although others reported as working again, it's not working on mine Wink

EDIT: Disregard my last post... I was looking for further data, and decided to check my ICL configuration. I don't know why/when/how, but I have it set up for Google Netherlands. So the new sources.xml obviously was being used to it's full extent... :o
I can't test it now (ongoing recording), but I'll change it afterwards and test it.

EDIT 2: As expected, correcting my config, did the trick. As a sidenote: the title "Chéri" was messed up after scraping. I sorted it by adding a line, as the one found in Google Portugal source, to set the proper encoding (in my case) 8859-1. Although IMDB info search still comes up empty. Similar encoding problem, or the fact the IMDB reports 6 Exact Title matches leads to an inconclusive/empty result?

Update logs looks normal at first glance. Can you zip and attach the cinemas, films and showings XML files.

Have you changed your cinema IDs in the config app?

Unmark cinemas.xml as read-only and then refresh the listings again.

Hi McBain,

Quote:Have you changed your cinema IDs in the config app?

Nope not for a while, since I last updated plugin a few weeks back.

Quote:Unmark cinemas.xml as read-only and then refresh the listings again.

well on the upside that worked and have Cinemas with listings back. BUT some strange behaviour that I did have a month or so again that went away but now came back. It has entered a new Cinema automatically without me adding it in config? It is a local Cinema and guess I don't mind having it but weird how it did it all by itself.

As to why the cinemas.xml was read only goes back ages with this plugin so that I can lock how the cinemas display in the GUI.

Can I mark read only again or does that mean I'll get a problem everytime I update?

Cheers

It should be OK to edit the displayed details and mark it as read only again.

The problem (I suspect) was the cinema IDs didn't match those in the config.xml and the showings.xml files so it wasn't able to link the cinemas with the scrapped showings.

Ah ha, ha, ha, ha,

of course you're right, I forgot one vital piece of evidence

During install of Web Radio Plugin it wiped my config.xml completely somehow so I used back up from a few weeks ago, this had different Cinema ID's.

Hope I haven't wasted your time I forgot the plugin kept the ID's in config.xml not in plugin folder.

Anyway thanks (as always) now just to get the pesky 24KB trailers sorted :p

Cheers

Did the same to my config.xml - uninstalled after that.

Yes it has had a few problems but it is pretty good once it's all working!

No worries, bit rude of work though :p

I get into trouble for this Big Grin When these things get watched I leave the room, then I'm asked why I'm not spending time with.... etc etc. Sad A no win situation!!!

I look forward to hearing latest on Dave's trailer downloads at least I've got my Cinemas back.

All the best and cheers
