Failure to set manual recording

Hello, I have a problem when setting the recording time manually performed by the remote PC.
The problem lies in not recognizing the 24-hour format when you set the time from a remote PC, while locally (http://localhost:7467/gbpvr/) the problem does not occur.
Obviously I tried to set the time from different computers, but they all behave the same way.

Are your regional and language settings the same on the local machine which works and the remote oc's that don't work?

Hi,
the date and time are set the same on both PCs (24 hours).
Doing other tests, I noticed that in reality the problem is also shown on the local PC and sometimes it is virtually impossible to set the timer recording.
One thing that made me think, is that the problem manifested itself after the latest updates that Microsft has released the Internet Explorer browser.
The only evidence I have left to do is to use a browser other than Internet Explorer.
