I will test mostly on MVP with standard blue skin. I can occassionally connect a screen an keyboard to the server which sits in a closet where the cable enters our home. I will compile my findings in this post.

I have copied the relevant parts from my previous responses to Psyciks work on ML3 to this thread.
Random play with All/All selected
1) The display of the actual playlist is not automatically updated at the end of a song. (fixed in build 18761)
2) I cannot navigate with the up/down keys in the playlist to skip one or more songs. (fixed in 8.0.6)
3) Something funny happens to the end of the playlist. If the last track is reached, it is skipped and a new list is generated and displayed. This first track nicely plays till the end, then the following is displayed. However the sound has gone. It seems that ML3 hangs at that point. After a while the server starts hibernating. (fixed in build 18761)
Menu Button Pop-up
The menu button does not bring up the popup menu with:
Mainmenu
Exit
Show Excluded
Update Library
Sort Name
Collections
(Seems to be fixed in build 20990)
1) Fast and Full library update do not report progress (fixed in build 29319)
2) Unclear what Fast does (build 29319)
3) Collections works (fixed in build 29319). I had however to throw away my database and completely rebuild it.
Blue Skin issues
1) Some text lines are wrapped now, which makes them hard to read. If possible I suggest to switch of wrap mode, because this plugin needs quite a bit of space. Wrapping is worse than cutting of lines IMO. (can be solved by defining wrap="false" in the relevant skins)
2) In my setup the 'n' is missing from the text (Switch Screen) next to the blue button. (in build 18761). After repair "Screen" is wrapped to the next line, and disappears under the bar for entering search texts (fixed in build 20990 skin update 27-12-2009)
Community Skin issues
I am regularly using CS4 with this ML3 beta. Some issues specific to that skin are posted here.
1) In CS can display composer information, however this information is not yet shown on screen in the appropriate places (fixed in build 20990)
Random (Red button)
1) I first queued one track with the yellow button. Next I pressed Red, and a couple of random tracks are started playing. However in position one I still have the information of the track selected previously with the yellow button and also its album art. The music is from a completely different track which is shown nowhere (fixed in build 2290), but I did notice similar strange behaviour, which I need to further test to see if it reproduces..
Queue (Yellow button)
1) If one or more tracks are added to an existing queue, the whole queue restarts playing from the beginning. (fixed in build 18761)
2) If one or more tracks are added to an existing queue the position counter underneath album art is reset to 0. (is correct in build 21725)
Library View
1) If a track is selected (with the OK button), the detailed information screen does not pop-up (fixed in build 2290)
Scan Now from GBPVR configuration tool
1) The Scan commands continues to complain that the collections have changed and need to be saved before continuing with scan. I haven't changed the paths and collections (observed as fixed in build 20990)
Suggestions/Wishlist
1) In playlist view: If "Artist" is empty, try to fill it with content of "Band" and if that is empty try "Conductor" (I guess ML3 database does not store these tags, but maybe something of this logic could be build-in the "Scan routines".
2) The position indicator of the actually playing song is not being updated underneath the album art. (fixed in build 20990)
3) In CS Fatman_do has increased the real estate for detailed text display. I suggest to use that layout for your standard blue skin as well (Has been done in the meantime).
Testing build 5102
1) I do not understand what the last played list represents (Shown with green button if nothing is playing). To me it seems part of something I may have played a couple of days ago
2) If I stop a playing queue with the Pause button on the remote, the system seems to be dead. Keys don't give responses anymore.
3) I still have the problem mentioned under "Random" 1)
4) Cannot add Flac files (I tried to add ~.FLAC in config.xml <EXT> section)(fixed in 5102?, but won't play. That needs fixing in PVRX2)
5) I observe many spontaneuous reboots of MVP. Can't reproduce yet. There are fewer in build 21725
