Internet Video Suggestions

What if any sites do folks recommend for internet based streaming video such as movies, tv shows, documentaries, etc? Is streaming video for hi-speed internet consumers mature enough for descent resolution? Can any of the internet video be integrated into GBPVR, similar to Net Radio only for video broadcasts?

I use Hulu Desktop and launch it as an external app. I really only use it to watch shows that I forgot to record though.

I just Launch boxee.tv from GBPVR to get my internet video.
