One of those registry tweakers with a more human interface. (a bit like an extended tweakui ??).

X-Setup-Pro allows you to configure/mess with over 1800 settings, covering all aspects of Windows.

Sadly WUG - the company that created X-Setup Pro - has gone bust.

However, as a result they've made X-Set-Pro free and there's now a serial number on their home page - www.x-setup.net - that you can use to register the program.

I'd not heard of it either, but after using it for an hour or so it's been quite handy and sorted a few niggles I have had.
Nothing spectacular, just a nicer interface for poking in the registry for some things.
