Euh, living in Belgium, following all your explanations I must say I still have the same problem as ShiningDragon described. And with GB-PVR everything works...fine.

You'll need to give a good explanation of what you're trying to do and what you're getting.
From ShiningDragon's description, its clear why it wasnt working for him, and the fix was definitely going to fix the problem he was encountering. If its not fixing it for you, then I'm sure there is something different about what you're trying to do.
In that exampe you're trying to view channel "72", so you'd need to be overriding "72" in TS0-1.
That said, now that you've applied that updated DLL, it'll be looking for "72" in TS32-1, where "32" is the countrycode for belgium. (but it looks like you had the country set to 'United States' when you imported your channels so you have <country>1</country> listed there, when I would expect <country>32</country>)
sub, apoligies, but really lost. I have not a clue why the fucko keeps on going to <country>1</country>.
Right now the TVAutoTune is set to TS32-1 as you said, I have even completely reconfigured the DB3, but he keeps going to country=1.
Where can I force him to go to country = 32 ?
To be honest, I havnt thought about it for about a week.
I'm not really an expert in these override settings. If I were use I'd probably download something like RegMon and see which registry setting Windows is trying to look in for overrides.
For the <country> being set to '1', thats because you had the country set to 'United States' on the screen you used to import the channels. You can delete the channels and reimport them, making sure you have the correct country selected.
Here I had the same issue. I changed the channel mapping from TS31-1 (Netherlands) to TS0-1 without any result. When applying your patch everything works fine (no matter whether I use TS31-1 or TS0-1). This is both with PVRX2 (where it always worked) and NPVR.
