Hello,
I'm trying to find the best/correct position of my antenna. Is there a possibility that npvr shows me the signal strength or quality? I didn't find it.
Or do I need an external program? Which?
Software: Windows 7 prof 64bit
Hardware: Hauppauge HVR-930c

My digital TV has a setting that shows the signal quality and strength.

Currently running 100% quality 60% strength. Once they turn off analgue I'm hoping the strength will boost a bit.

Only get slight problems drops if a badly suppressed car/bike goes past the house.

You could try the download from http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/showthread.php?t=18418

AFAIK it works for non-Hauppauge tuners and countries other than the UK.

Excellent tool, is there a tool for dvb-c signal strength also?
