Some Channels Not Working

I have a few ClearQAM channels that are not working correctly. I am missing 2 OTA channels, and I am pretty sure 2 of these are the 2 missing channels. When I try to view these channels, the screen actually freezes with whatever was on the screen at the moment I changed to the non-working channel, channel info display included. I then can blindly change to a working channel and everything's fine again. I remember seeing some channels act this way when I was using GBPVR also. In GBPVR, I think I had to actually manually change some channel request parameter or something to get one of the OTA channels working right (one of the OTA channels I seem to be missing now), but I don't see any place to mess with these parameters in NPVR. Anybody know what could be the problem here?

To me it sounds like a decoder problem, are these channels mpeg or h.264? What decoders are you using?

How can I tell what the channels are? I actually asked a question already about viewing channel info, but NPVR i guess doesn't show it anywhere yet. I am using Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder. I do think both of these channels are higher resolution than the others though.

You're in the US, so these channels are MPEG2.

Try viewing one of these problem channels, then post the npvr.log and nrecord.log and I'll take a look.

Next time, zip and attach the logs instead of pasting them into the contents of the post.

I cant see an obvious cause in those logs, but if you do a recording on this channel, do you end up with a file bigger then zero bytes?

Yes it seems to be recording it.
