channel changing using arrows

When I use the arrows to change channels, for some reason, after hitting enter and watching that selected channel, I hit the up or down arrow to change the channel again, and it always seems to be on some channel far far away from the channel I was watching. Is there a reason for this?

Whenever I press up or down, the channel at the bottom of the screen starts on the current channel. Is that not what you see?

Yeah, when I was trying this last night (Im at work right now), it kept starting on some channel about 30 or so away either higher or lower. I'll test it some more when I get home today.

Ok, I tried this again, and it still doing the same thing. I went to channel 145 and waited for the channel OSD to go away, and then clicked the down arrow. The OSD came on the screen displaying channel 107. I hit enter to go to 107, and then waited for the OSD to go away again. I clicked the down arrow, and this time it displayed channel 9.

Maybe try 1.5.33, and if its still doing it, I'll see if I can work out why and provide a patch.

Wow, did you have an idea of what might be causing that? Because the upgrade actually fixed it Smile

I removed a bunch of channels, and now I notice it is way off again...

Can somebody tell me the proper way to remove channels, because this is obviously causing this problem, but it seems I'm the only one. I notice that when you remove them from the device, they are still left in the channels screen.

I tried reproducing this today, but was unable too.

Did you maybe delete the channels from the settings screen while live tv was running? That might give unexpected results.

Well, now the problem went away... It seems after making changes to the channels, I get this for a while and then it eventually goes away.
