This could save my marriage Big Grin

Some further info:
Even on BBC1 which generaly is OK, If I switch on the kitchen light (40w flourecent) Video stalls for half a second - Audio doesn't - switch on cooker hood same happens Audio is now over a second ahead of Video and stays like this untill a restart of live TV - even in time shift the problem still occurs.
Recordings appear OK
Looks as though once live TV or timeshift starts there is no reference between Video and Audio - Even the bad chops to adverts can cause it.

What does your npvr.log say that the reference clock is set to?

Not the end of the world - I may have to go back to 1.5.31 - I actualy made a backup of the NPVR & Public/NPVR folders - so exporting recordings xml and replacing the folders should work? Or do I need to run the installer(1.5.31) again?

Lots of other things are working better in 1.5.33 - but the baddly dubbed Chinese film effect is a bit of a deal -not to say marriage - breaker Big Grin
I'm sure when youve got more time we can sort it.

I'll check in a couple of hours and let you know - also will try a few more ideas before reverting to last version.
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives  Huh

Just checked the audio renderer / reference clock
No matter what I set the Audio renderer to in decoders, it always changes the renderer / clock to MPEG1 after loading.

Code:
2010-10-19 17:12:43.575    [DEBUG][1]    audio renderer now MPEG1
2010-10-19 17:12:43.575    [DEBUG][1]    Reference clock set to: MPEG1 Audio Renderer

Think I will go back to 1.5.31 for the time being

Same problem I had, in other words. The strange thing is that some channels work fine.

Just gone back to 1.5.31 - strange it seems to work better than before.
But I do miss some of the new features - Custom Tasks etc.

I'm sure Sub can fix it in a few weeks - I'll be there then. - Now to give the wife the good news!
