No channels found

Hi. Can someone tell me if the Peak Hardware DVB-T 221544AGBK Dual Tuner card is supported in NPVR ? I think I've followed all the instructions for installing NPVR but I don't get any channels when I do a scan. The driver for the card is installed and it shows up in the NPVR settings/devices window. I am running Windows XP and have updated everything. Many thanks.

Can you post NPVR.log from your scan?

Unfortunately something funny about this device is causing it to encounter an error when trying to hook the device up, so it never really did the scan.

Many thanks for this. Do you think this is a compatibility issue between the card and NPVR or something wrong that I've done in the set-up? If it's a compatibitly issue, do you think I should wait until the card gets supported by NPVR or should I try and exchange the card for another one that's supported now?

I'm guessing it is some sort of compatibility issue between the card and NPVR. NPVR just treats all DVB-T devices the same way, but for some reason this one doesnt like something about the way NPVR does things.

To be honest, since I dont have one of these devices its unlikely change. If trying another device is possible, you'd probably have a better chance of getting it going that way. If you can, go for a Hauppauge device - they all work.

I've used four of the older (Nova-T 500) version of this card for a couple of years now with no real problems and they work well with NPVR/GBPVR...
