Yeah, it only happened when you were running on a reduced channel list (like a device recording, making some channel options unavailable).

This patch also seems to fix the issue I reported where changing channels using channel up/down didn't follow the channel number order. It does now. It does still go backwards though - page up goes to a lower channel number, while page down goes to a higher channel number. This is opposite of the norm, and opposite of what GB-PVR did.
