I feel that the term MMC is too close to Windows MediaCenter, and that gives bad vibrations for all who has struggeled with it and torn out their hair in the process. What about GBDVR?

I would have gambled that name had already been suggested but I was wrong. How did we miss that one! Of the "PVR" type names, this one is probably my favorite.

Now of course as a name for a Media Centre it means nothing....

But Air is quite important, for most of us.

I still think more a DVR than a PVR.

MyPVR (not exactly correct but could be shortened to: μPVR)
