This is because the full transport stream is sent to/from the WinTV-CI device, and this pushing up against the bandwidth limits of USB 2.0. Maybe multidec is an option for you?

Thanks for the info.
When you mean multidec, do you mean using a card reader like a phoenix? I just find it extremely complicated with plugins, cardservers etc. Wish there was a simple graphical setup prog for multidec.

As sub is saying there is a problem with tranferring large data volumes over USB2 so I ended up with a phoenix card reader instead. That setup was not as easy as the Win-CI module but I finally got it to work. The advantage is that NPVR is more prepared for this setup and did not require so much configuration. I ended up using the ACamd 0.6.1.8 card client and newCS card server version 1.65 + newCSGUI. I did initially have some problems getting the card server stable but after moving it to my Widows Home Server everything has been running since setup. I have a phoenix cad reader, so when I have time I'll give it a wirl. I think I have space in my pc for the Happ card. That way i can keep my existing WAF setup and play with the Happ/cad reader
