Copy new channels to 2nd tuner

I just rescanned QAM with one of my 2250 tuners and added 4 more channels. Can I copy these new channels to tuner #2, or do I need to do a full rescan with #2?

if you delete all the channels on tuner #2, then save and go back in it will offer to copy the channels from tuner #1 again
