Hello.
Using npvr 1.5.36. I can configure TV Listings plugin but when I go to launch it I either get nothing, or the attached .net error.

image and logs attached. I removed the logs, started recording service, launched npvr, cursored to TV listings, pressed enter and nothing happened. Pressed enter again and got the attached .net error.

What skin are you using? It doesn't look like it supports the TVListings plugin so you may need to try selecting the default skin for testing.

default skin is selected. I went in and reselected it as well.

I don't know if this has anything to do with your problem but from my logs it says

"2011-01-11 16:32:00.703 [INFO][1] TV Listings: v3.2.1.31525 initialising."

Whereas your logs say

"2011-01-10 19:34:54.600 [INFO][1] TV Listings: v3.1.2.17499 initialising."

So I would think it would pay to download the latest version of the wiki & see if that fixes it.

Maybe I can help, this happened to me on my first install.

I had installed TVListings in the plugins directory of NPVR and NOT in the "new" default location of C:\Users\Public\npvr.

Windows XP, I think would be in D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\npvr ...? but I don't use XP anymore.

Once I moved it to the recommended location it worked like a charm.

Maybe you did the same?

That was it. I put the DB in the application data area, but I put the skin in the program files.

Hi,

the plugin expects the tv listings database at ".\Plugins\TV Listings\TV Listings.db3", relative to the directory where the "npvr.db3" database is located. Also, placing the "TV Listings.dll" file in both the NPVR installation directory ("Program Files\NPVR\") and the NPVR data directory might lead to unexpected behaviour.
