Sharing the NPVR folder in Windows 7

I'm trying to share the NPVR folder on my 'server' system so that I can get my client machine updated to using NPVR as well. I'm running into an issue that when I go under the sharing tab for the folder and select the option to share the folder and try to add the everyone group and click ok I get the message "your folder can't be shared". I'm doing some searching on it today but was just wondering if anybody here has run into that issue before. Thanks.

I'm not sure if this helped as I still get the error message I stated above but after going to the control panel - network and sharing center- advanced sharing options, and turning on public folder sharing under the public section I was able to get the client loaded to the main menu without any database errors. I am able to view the tv guide and see all the available recordings but when trying to watch them the screen just stays black. I wasn't able to troubleshoot very much but I'm going to play with decoder settings to see if that will help the issue. The client is XP and will probably stay that way unless I upgrade the system as the main board is not compatible with windows 7.
