1. A last channel button on the remote
2. In the guide, to group the channels together. So for example, the HD channels would be grouped with the sister channels (4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3)

There's a last channel on the PCH remote, so it might just be your KeyMappings for {CTRL}W
