Hang during playback and channel change

Now that I got recordings working, I have 2 other problems.

1. During playback of NPVR recorded files (.ts), I have a hang when skipping. Usually for 5 seconds or so the playback hangs and then continues whenever I skip.

2. On a livetv channel change, NPVR hangs and after a while returns to the Menu saying device not available but I can go back to livetv and it is now on the new channel.

Attached logs show the 2 problems. I played a file with 3 skip pushes and then went to livetv changed the channel and after the return to the menu when back to livetv. I then exited the program.

I cant see an obvious cause in your logs, but I do wonder if its related to the combination of decoders you're using. I'd try disabling all but one of the audio decoder for now, to simplify things, then try a different audio/video decoder to see if it makes any difference.

Disabled all but the Mpeg1 decoder. I left that as ffdshow. No change in playback. Logs attached with 4 skips. It happens only with .TS files. The MPG files that were recorded on GBPVR skip fine.

Did you try decoders other than ffdshow?

The only other one is Monogram AAC and that gives me no sound. I still have the skip delay with it. I also have the skip delay with all audio decoders disabled. Could it be the renderer? I'm not sure I have another player with a skip feature to try.

Did you try other video decoders too?

Yeah, it might also be related to the video renderer. (leave the audio render as default)

Audio renderer is default. What other video renderers can I try with Win7 32 bit.

Did you try other video decoders too? I suspect its more likely to be the video decoder than the video renderer.

You can try any of the other renderers though, VMR9/VMR7/etc.

What decoders did you try exactly? You might need to install some others.
