Why are my recordings failing lately?

I am not out of disk space, but recent recordings are coming up failed. I can see no indication as to why.

I use a HDHomeRun tuner.

It could be several things.

- QAM requires regular scanning to match channel moves by the cable companies
- US cable co's are also reducing the number of clear QAM stations that can be received in many markets
- A Windows update could have turned on the firewall between your PC and the HDHR

Thanks Martin. I found that a few channels moved. I wish I knew a way to modify a few channels that were broken in NPVR. Instead I went through the arduous process of clearing the EPG data and rescanning and mapping each channel to my xmltv file.

Now that problem is fixed again....I need to figure out how to make that easier the next time Cox decides to move things.

Next problem is that program information is appearing again in NPVR TV Listings....but not the NEWA Web interface. If I search in NEWA for a episode or string, it finds it....but the TV listings is blank via NEWA. I will post in EWA forum as well.
