Channel 4HD UK

I believe that Channel 4 HD is now available on Freesat on 12607 27500 ,I have tried a number of times to scan for the channel but it it is not detected. Has anyone in the UK managed to detect and set it up.

Is your tuner DVB-S2 capable? C4HD is the first of the Freesat channels to need it.

Which file should I edit in NPVR and where is it located.

Thedevice setup screen describes the Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB-S/S2 tuner as type DVB-S not DVB-S2 could this be the cause of the problem ???.

You need to edit whichever tuning file you've picked using the GUI. You'll find them all listed in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\DVB-S.

I don't think you need to worry about your tuner only being listed as DVB-S (assuming it really is DVB-S2 capable). My HVR-4400s show up like that too.

I have not used UK CH4 HD for a while and when I tested it tonight before setting a program it could not be detected.

My current setting is 12607 27500 on Freesat , has it moved ???

Ihave scanned numerour times but I am unable to detect
