Just bought one of these from ebuyer in the UK for £240 with a £100 cash back from HP if ordered before 31st March - Ridiculously cheep
I am putting in a couple of 2TB drives and maybe using unraid for a media server.
Any thoughts anyone?

I'd be interested in knowing how you get on with it. I was looking at these a couple of months ago as a possible host for WHS2011 when it goes RTM, with a 3rd party DE add-on to pool a few 2TB drives for media storage, but I wasn't sure if it had enough oomph to cope with NPVR in server mode.

Like you say, with the HP cashback offer these things are ridiculously cheap.

Used this for a month now with unraid (free 3 drives) running off the onboard usb port - easy to set up following the set up guide have about 700gb on it so far. S3 standby doesn't seam to be usable, but it uses less than 20 w with hard drives spun down.

I've just ordered one as the HP cashback offer is extended to the end of June. Undecided as yet to what software to run on it.
I'm currently running a little Revo as a fileshare, cardserver (experimentally) and CCTV motion detector.
