Assign keyboard shortcuts to plugins

I am trying to optimise the config of my Harmony One remote by setting up buttons to launch directly into videos, tv guide, TV recordings, pictures etc.
However when it sends F1, F8 it launches the built in TV guide or recordings plugin and whilst these are wonderful plugins, I would really like to be able to launch Aliberts versions instead which my family are all used to.

Would be possible to be able to map the F1 keys (or any keyboard combo) to specific plugins?

Just edit the config.xml setting to match the name of the plugins you want, something like

You also don't have to match the plugin types if you don't want to. The names are really just markers for the shortcuts (F1, F2, etc), so you could use the <DefaultTVGuide> shortcut to launch the weather plugin for instance.
