devices not showing

hello all - (newbie, first post)

i have a hauppauge pvr-150 card that is working fine on an XP box.

according to this link:

the pvr-150 should work fine with the nextpvr program, yet when i go into devices, nothing shows up.

the documentation says nextpvr works with all BDA - and i have the latest drivers for the pvr-150.

any ideas?

With these old analog devices you need to have Hauppauge's WinTV7 software installed, or at least installed the SoftPVR components.
