I always thought pausing then skipping in NPVR just locked up the playing, I never waited long enough to see that it was just a long delay.
I applied the patch in this thread and this thread and it certainly fixed the problem, I can now pause-skip-resume without undue delay, unfortunately I have had to remove this patch due to the following issue...
While playing a recording, pause followed by resume always resumes from the point I started playing, not the point I paused.
Pause-skip-resume works but a later pause-resume, resumes from the point I skipped to, likewise, skipping while playing followed by a later pause-resume, always resumes from the point I skipped to.
If playing a recording that is still in progress, pause-resume or pause-skip-resume always resumes from the beginning of the recording.
Am I the only one seeing this issue?
