NextPVR -updateepgonly checking for plugins

An SSPlus user sent me the attached log showing an error in my ctor when he ran the command

I am unable to recreate the error on my system because when I run the same command, NPVR doesn't even check for plugins.

Do you have the patches installed? There was a patch where Martin needed his capture plugin loaded when the user was running the -updateepgonly command, so this was added.

Actually, I am the "user" that saw the error with R2 and R1. None of my "normal" plugins instantiate in this mode, except for SSPlus, perhaps there is some way to not start screensaver plugins if there is no UI.
