Since upgrading to 2.3.6 I've been experiencing problems with my recordings. I'm using 2 Avermedia AVerTV TwinStar dual tuners on Windows 7 64bit. What seems to be happening is when I have recordings scheduled on all 4 tuners and there is a tuner change due to pre-padding, recordings start to fail.
In the logs(NRecord.log.1) attached, Doctor Who is the first show to start recording, Alcatraz is moved to a different tuner. Both of these complete successfully. Supernatural starts recording but stops when Doctor Who stops. They are both on different networks. According to NPVR Supernatural continued being recorded as scheduled but when the file is opened, it is only 11-12 minutes long.
The remaining recordings all fail resulting in 0 byte files and the signal failed to lock error message. The task bar icon was still red during recording and it said the tuners were recording their respective shows.
Trying to start recordings after that resulted in 0 byte files. After I restarted the recording service, I could manually record 4 separate networks via the TV guide successfully. I've attached the files in the logs directory.
Please let me know if any further information is required. Thanks for your help!
